In accordance with federal regulations, VehiFind.com ("VehiFind") is giving you this notice to tell you how we may use non-public personal information you provided us in connection with vehicle information that you have obtained, or sought to obtain, from us. We call this non-public personal information "Private Information" and describe it below. This notice applies to your Private Information while you are our customer, as well as after our customer relationship is terminated.

Collection and Use of Private Information

We collect the following types of Private Information about you from the following sources:

1. Information we receive from you on forms, such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number.
2. We do not collect social security numbers, income information, credit information, or any other financial information.

Any information you provide to us is provided voluntarily, and it is not required that you provide any information to view information on the site. Private Information is only required when you voluntarily choose to contact a dealership, or have a dealership contact you.

Disclosure of Private Information

We may disclose Private Information (described above) under the following circumstances:

1. New-Vehicle Pricing - In order to be able to respond with pricing in as many cases as possible, we are networked with a large number of dealerships and other third-party affiliates that are also networked with dealerships. We may disclose your information either directly to dealerships or to these affiliates for the purposes of responding to your inquiry. We do this to provide you with information when you request it through one of our forms.
2. Used-Vehicle Information - When submitting a question or comment on your behalf to a dealership about a specific preowned vehicle, we include your Private Information so that the dealership can contact you directly.

Protection of Information

We restrict access to Private Information about you to our employees and third parties who need to know that information in order to respond to your inquiries. Additionally, we take other steps to protect your Private Information in a manner consistent with industry standards for similar sized vehicle information companies. We will review our safeguards from time to time, and strive to maintain them in a manner consistent with federal regulations, if any, that may be in effect from time to time. Our employees are trained and required to maintain our privacy policies and procedures. Employees who violate these policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action.
